There are actually five artificial options available for couples looking to
select a surrogate, and for women considering being in our program. They are
as follows:
Artificial
insemination (AI):
The surrogate is artificially inseminated with the sperm from the husband of
the couple. The child is genetically related to the surrogate. The wife of the
couple adopts the child via a stepparent adoption.
In vitro
fertilization/Embryo transfer (IVF/ET):
An egg (or eggs) is retrieved from the wife of the couple, combined with her
husband's sperm, and the resulting embryo(s) is implanted in the surrogate.
The child is not genetically related to the surrogate, and the couple's names
go on the original birth certificate.
IVF/ED:
In vitro fertilization with an egg donor. A donor's eggs are combined with the
sperm from our client, and the resulting embryos are transferred to a
surrogate. The child is not genetically related to the surrogate, and only the
male's name goes on the birth certificate. If married, the wife of the couple
then adopts the child, as with the AI procedure.
Artificial
Insemination by Donor (AID):
The surrogate is artificially inseminated with donor sperm, because both the
husband and the wife of the couple are infertile. The child is genetically
related to the surrogate, and both the husband and wife must adopt it.
Egg Donor (ED):
The "surrogate" donates an egg (or eggs) which is fertilized with the
husband's sperm, and the embryo is then transferred to his wife. The child is
genetically related to the surrogate, but because the wife delivers the child,
she does not need to adopt it. This is sort of a reverse surrogacy.
Natural Surrogacy Options
This is more natural way of
Surrogacy that doesn’t involve any medical procedures whatsoever. Natural ways
are always the best since the body sometimes reject the insemination for natural
reason if it was normal sexual activity instead of forced insemination.
This is suitable for lesbian
couples, couple who one of them have no production problems, and single males or
a females.
For lesbian we
provide a male sex partner who agrees to have no claims to the child
whatsoever and he can have natural sex with either one of the couple or both
of them during the evolution period. This will give the choice of selecting
the male surrogates by the lesbian couple since they will interview many
chosen male surrogates that are checked medically, psychologically, as well as
have background check. Also at the option of the surrogates couple they can
oblige the surrogate to bear expenses of raising the child in return of
visitation right if the lesbian couples wish wish.
For couples
who have either the male or female with no production problem we will provide
a sex partner from the opposite sex with all kinds of protection as above.
Some times the male and female have no production problems but they are not
compatible to have natural insemination so we provide one surrogate of the
opposite sex to each during the evolution period.
For single
males or females we provide a sex partner from the opposite sex with all kinds
of protection as above during the evolution period.
Not only natural Surrogacy is
much more safe (no surgical intervention) but also it is less complicated than
surgical surrogacy.
